Growing Fast!
Near the end of November (2017), new mom Tasha had her very first litter. Five healthy puppies later, it's all we can do to keep up with them! At an average of 14 pounds, they're a handful, but they're also learning fast. All five can "Come," "Sit," and lie down on command, in addition to learning how to walk on a leash.
We use cooked chicken as a reward when they do what we ask, and they've already learned that the smell of chicken is an exciting thing.
It's not long now before they go to new homes, and we want to make sure they are fully prepared for everything that comes their way once they leave Flood Farm for the wide world and the new families that wait for them.
